A former collegiate soccer player at Samford University, Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, focusing on the psychological aspects of human movement and performance. This foundation gives her a deep understanding of how the mind and body work together—helping clients overcome mental barriers and stay consistent through life’s changes. She is currently pursuing her Corrective Exercise Specialist certification to better support clients in moving safely and efficiently.
Taylor has worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, with a special passion for busy professionals, peri-menopausal and menopausal women, and postpartum or pregnant women. She understands that every phase of life comes with its own challenges and believes that training should evolve alongside you. Her approach emphasizes longevity, education, and compassion—teaching clients how to train smart, nourish their bodies, and feel their best at every stage.
