The big week is here! Our goal is to remain grounded and confident in the progress you have made through months of training. Prioritizing gentle walks for easy cardio and stress relief, the goal is to remain physically fresh this week!

The Wedding Confidence Method is a 3-12 month personal training experience for brides and/or grooms who want to approach their wedding season with an intentional, sustainable approach to wedding fitness. Through progressive strength training, habit-building, and consistent accountability, each month builds lasting confidence not just for the aisle, but for the life that follows.

    The Foundational Program

    (3 months)

    Establishes consistency, strength fundamentals, and sustainable habits. Over three months, we build structure, refine form, and create the discipline required for meaningful progress.

    Ideal for those at the beginning of their wedding season or for individuals ready to reestablish their physical foundation with intention before the big day.

    (6 months)

    Where visible transformation and lasting confidence begin to take shape. With six months of progressive strength training and guided nutritional support, we build strength, reshape habits, and create sustainable momentum.

    This is the ideal starting point to intentionally prepare for wedding day.

    This is the most comprehensive path for clients who want their wedding preparation to feel intentional and complete.
